In 1983 at the age of 20 Doris Ackermann entered the music-business professionally.

 In the meantime  the singer/songwriter has performed  at  the biggest festivals and open-airs in Switzerland, *Netherlands, Germany and Austria, and has touched people with her own songs and fascinated  the audience with her unique voice and  warm  personality.

 After a  recording -break because of her two children,  she recorded her fifth album   called: “When I come back home“ in Nashville/TN.

Each of the twelve songs were accompanied by world-class musicians  and are  an absolute pleasure to listen to.

 With her newest CD the entertainer follows her own authentic style of music-full of warm acoustic instruments- music that touches the soul.

 Producer was Brent Moyer, the American guitarplayer and  highly gifted singer/songwriter, longtime friend of Doris, with whom she played live concerts in Europe.
